Return Policy

At Sarah & Olivia, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item under the conditions below.


Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested only after you have received the item physically.

  • Return shipping costs are fully at the customer's expense, including any international postage or customs duties.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying items on is allowed, but wearing them is not.

  • Bulk ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email your return request to info@sarah-olivia.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will provide the return address of our supplier (based in China).

  3. Return the item at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace to avoid any delivery issues.


Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived at the return address and passed inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days.


Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided.

  • The customer is fully responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

  • If you entered the wrong address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can try to adjust it in time.
